These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 111ck platform, including the website accessible at https://111ck.app, all associated mobile browser experiences, games, sports betting services, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available by 111ck (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. 111ck supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, 111ck may apply transaction monitoring checks on deposits above certain thresholds as part of its responsible platform obligations. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet account registered to your 111ck profile. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit or that has been verified through our KYC process. 111ck reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad; times may vary for Rocket and Upay. 111ck does not apply withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, sports bet, or promotional offer.

111ck's determination as to whether conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions is final. Where 111ck closes an account for prohibited conduct, it will provide the player with notice via email to the registered address, and the player will have the opportunity to query the decision through the support channel. However, during any investigation, the account and all associated balances may remain frozen.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the 111ck brand identity — is the intellectual property of 111ck or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform. Unauthorized use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above immediately and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111ck, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 111ck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

111ck does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, that access will be uninterrupted, or that the Platform will be free from errors or viruses. 111ck shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technically harmful material that may infect your device or data due to your use of the Platform. Your use of the Platform and reliance on any content is at your own risk.
